Wow. I chose this place based on reviews. I made my appointment a week and half in advance. When I got there a half hour early the ONLY guy there was a complete jerk. And he was working on someone else and told me I would have to wait for half hour to an hour past my appointment. So apparently he was working on a friend before the place opened and didnt care if he had an appointment. I will NEVER be back. They didnt even have examples of script fonts. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Even worse I drove up from Carson in heavy traffic. I called String Rays and they took me right in. Say NO to BATTLEBORN TATTOO

Terrible customer service. Tried to get their attention, took over 10 minutes. When someone finally came over to us she started talking to us and immediately looked away and started talking to someone else. Everyone else who entered while we were waiting was helped immediately. We were deliberately ignored and I would never waste my money on people who dont care about or respect their customers. Dont waste your time here.

Its a shame this place doesnt have 5 stars. All because some guy was upset over an appointment. Archie is a super cool dude and very flexible. He did great work and I always get complimented on how detailed my piece is. Lots of straight lines and he did it no problem. I walked in a month later for a free touch-up being all black.

Reno has some great tattoo artist talent. I wanted the best I could find and after researching 5 or 6 other shops and the talent in each chose Jared Blue at BBT. Even worked up the concept with the owner Archie. Great talent, professionalism and value.

This shop is really awesome. The artists are very friendly and VERY talented. The shop is super clean and comfortable. As for the artwork, the work they do is outstanding, the best I have (and I have a lot of tattoos). I would recommend them to anyone.
