Horrible customer service, extremely rude! I went in to sell my old laptop and the first guy behind the counter was very nice, and reasonable for a pawn shop. We negotiated on a price and while he took my information another worker came in, he LOOKED at me and started laughing. Thats right laughing in a customers face. He asked me if I was 18 and I replied "yes." He kept laughing. He told me I looked younger. I found this extremely rude. I came in to sell my laptop. He did not need to comment on my looks. In the end I sold my laptop so I did get what I wanted. However I felt singled out and insulted so I will not be returning.

The young man working there is going to put this place under. i went there and the big younger man asked if a article of my clothing belonged to them... um thats a little strange and extremely offended me. we went out side the store and 4 people were standing around talking about the younger guy thinking he was "under the influence" the older man was great i would go there if it were just him there but as long as the younger big man is working there i will never go there again and a few others agreed he is ruining this business.

Horrendous. I have seen their commercials where they say they pay top dollar. Yeah right. They pay no where close to top dollar. They were the lowest out of the six shops I visited AND I was told they were not interested in the diamonds in my mounting because they arent worth anything.

I have pawned many items with allstar many times and have always been treated well. The employees will give you an honest opinion about your items and explain why they feel that way. Most of the bad reviews are from people that EXPECT an amount that is simply unreasonable.

Went in to the shop to try and sell my engagement ring and asked for $500. I was told there was no way and it wont even be close to that price. I decided to go to Sullivan Jewelry in wentzville and they are giving me $1200... JUST SAYING

My husband showed me this pawn shop today. Everything is nice and priced right. We drove an hour just to go here. Will be going back! The owner was nice and helpful. Bought a 45" for $125, and it works great!!
