I have been to Serendipity several times for various services and loved it, but I have to say today was the absolute BEST I have ever experienced anywhere! I took my 4 year old daughter to get her toes polished while I got a waterless pedicure. Jessica treated my daughter like a princess, putting her little feet on a pillow (with a towel of course) so that she was just like Cinderella. She had the perfect sparkly nail polishes for her and little stickers for her toes also. It was so cute, I ended up getting the same thing! We also had our fingernails polished as well, for a true princess experience. Jessica truly made me feel like I was able to relax and enjoy my spa time just like if I were there alone...hard to do with a 4 year old in the room! This was my daughters first time going, and it will NOT be the last. In fact, I booked another appointment for us both to go again next month. This is a splurge worth every penny. :) THANK YOU JESSICA!

Absolutely DO NOT see Shay to get eyelash extensions! She did a horrible job & now Im going to have to get them removed & pay for a full new set. She used WAY too much adhesive. I had black dots under my right eye after I left, I couldnt get it to come off, even scratched my skin trying to get it off. I later found out it was the adhesive! My lashes were clumped together & they fell out in clumps. As my lashes are growing out, I can see the clumps of adhesive more clearly. Absolutely horrible job. My normal lash girl is in Overland Park & I live by Liberty so chose Serendipity out of convenience. Never again!

I would give the massage a 5 very relaxing. But I would give my pedicure a 00! My toes look like my 4year old neice did them! They are dull and smeared I had to get my own in grown nail out when I got home. I asked the person if she did gel she states oh no I dont do that. I was hurried out due to she only had 1hr to do my pedicure. So need less to say I left out with very wet toes. With as fancy as this establishment is , you would think that they would have a room so that you could sit under a light to dry your toenails. Very Disappointed!!

Cassandra did a 75 minute massage for me today and it was THE BEST massage Ive ever had!! From a Mom who doesnt get a lot of free time for myself, I appreciate you doing such an excellent job today. It was just what I needed. I used to frequent another massage place on a monthly basis (pre-mom days) and this experience at Serendipity blew "the other guys" out of the water. Thank you, Cassandra. I will be a returning customer. :)

recently used a Groupon purchased for manicure pedicure. Of the four people I know that have used this Groupon, only one of the four were "satisfied" with the results. Terrible paint job on two of the ladies nails and the whole time we were there they kept asking each other the time because they had booked other appointments so close to ours. I will not go back.

Excellent Service. I took my mother and nieces in for facials, manicures, and pedicures. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was wonderful. They even worked around a last minute service change. Great experience and Im willing to travel across the city again for additional services.

I have been a customer at Serendipity for two years now and I have never had any complaints. The staff is incredible and the place is always neat and tidy. Plus I found the boutique very useful when I need something cute but dont have time to drive all the way to the mall. Keep up the great work!

Do NOT get your hair cut here! The back room that is the "salon" is dirty and covered in hair. The cabinets are falling apart, and the stylist who cut my hair had only one pair of scissors. After butchering my hair, (and expressing my dissatisfaction), the stylist still made me pay full price!

Love this place and the staff is GREAT! Ive been going to Serendipity before it was ever known..... Only those from way back will know what I speak of. When you want some CUTE baby clothes, not found anywhere else you MUST stop in you wont be disappointed in anything...... Enjoy

This is the most fun place to shop! Shoes, bling-on-your-bum jeans, sun glasses, jewlery - its all fun, beautiful, great prices and even better specials. Everyone who comes to town to visit always HAS to make a trip to Serendipity.
