The location in Troy was a terrible experience. I needed to return a part (without a receipt) and pick up new part. When I brought up returning an item the man (who seemed stoned because he was shouting everything and could barely walk a straight line) working the counter told me it couldnt be done without a receipt, I accepted that and went on getting my new part. That took about half an hour because I had to repeat myself so many times, then I cam back the next day to see if I could actually return my parts without a receipt. I explained that I didnt have a receipt and the lady working at the counter gave me store credit with no questions asked. I normally dont rant about stuff like this but it drove me nuts that u waited, in total, almost 45 minutes for one part and that fact that the clerk working the counter was drunk or stoned.

friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a decent selection of parts, with the ability for any staff member to look up a part for you (which Id reccomend using every visit to save yourself time.) However on multiple occasions I have had issues with a part beimg in stock at their location, and it needing to be either retrieved/delivered from another location, or myself having to go and purchase from another location. All in all a fairly reliable store.

Awesome! I was in and out. They had battery in stock. They also sold me an add on for a problem I had. Gary was nice and upbeat and very helpful. He also installed and got me on my way. Second battery I have purchased and will continue to do so.

Stranded. My husband was taking our kids home from visiting me & our micro-preemie at St Louis Childrens and the wipers went out in torrential rain. They were amazing! These people went above and beyond. We are so grateful!!!

Standard Parts Store. Its the only one in LSL, and its on the way home from work moreso than the OReilly in Wentzville, so thats really the only reason I go there.
