Buyer beware. Stash employees are helpful when purchasing furniture but all customer service ends once you pay for the items. Stash acknowledges mistakes with my furniture order but doesnt return phone calls and six months later I still dont have the problems resolved. My sales associate, Hope, never once returned my calls after my order arrived and was wrong. Bad company with bad practices. Details below. I When I was purchasing the furniture I worked with Hope and the customer service was great. Any customer service ended once I paid for the items. I purchased a custom sectional and when it was delivered (late mind you) it was not what I ordered and there was a stain on the furniture. To resolve the problem I called and spoke with several people and left messages with Hope my sales associate and never received a call back. I recently received the correct sectional piece 6 months after the original order was placed and the new piece has the upholstery worn off on the corner. So Im back in the cycle of calling regularly and not receiving calls back. I also purchased a custom upholstered bed. It didnt feel very stable and made creaking noises. Stash sent out someone to determine the problem and found that the original delivery team that set up the bed didnt screw in any of the slates. It has been an awful experience and one that never seems to end.

Our initial experience with Stash was great. Kim, the interior designer we worked with to help us select our sofa, was wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. From there... All down hill. We ordered a custom sofa and love seat and were told 8-10 weeks until delivery, which we found reasonable for a custom order. 9 weeks later, we were called to schedule delivery. Cue the first annoyance...they cant tell you a time until the day before. Then, on delivery day, HALF of our sectional sofa arrived. We were told "the other piece must be lost in our warehouse somewhere". Stash then wasted an entire week attempting to "find the piece" in the Warehouse, 8 days later, we were told it was still not found, so we had to re-order. 7 weeks later, we finally have the other half of our sofa. 16 weeks from order to completion!! Through the entire process we requested and were told "someone will call you back" MULTIPLE times and not ONCE received a call from the store, a manager or anyone else to answer questions regarding our order. The only time we got any information regarding our order was when we called... and even then, it was pulling teeth to get someone on the phone who could tell us what was happening with our order. And for restitution... NOTHING was offered. Terrible customer service.

We were very impressed by the salesman and the level of knowledge of the furniture, so we made out purchase at Stash. Since then, everything has been pretty disappointing. Our salesman turned us in the direction of a certain firmness of the couch cushions and a certain material that wouldnt stretch and look worn. After 2 months the couch looks like it is 5 years old! Not to mention the delivery was made at 10:30 PM...and to our neighbors with a newborn. When we looked it over, found it was damaged as well! Then getting someone out to repair the damage was a hassle! The customer service rep was on Eastern time and kept quoting the wrong time slots, so we kept missing our repair man. And during all this, not one single person apologized or even called to see how we enjoyed our purchase or offered an apology with a phone call/card or even discount to come back and buy again. Seems like no one there cares if they have our business or not. After spending over $3,000 on a custom couch, I am extremely disappointed and will never step foot back in that store!!

After hopelessly visiting four other furniture stores, we finally made it to Stash. Now let me disclose Im picky. Very picky. Id found nothing even close to what I wanted, but three minutes after walking into Stash I had three contender pieces and a fantastic staff person (THANK YOU JASON) to help me make the right decision. He listed to what I was interested in and made recommendations. I never felt pressured and somehow despite their being quite a few other people in the store, Jason was attentive and personable. I was able to order a custom made piece I know I am going to love. Even when I got home, re-measured, found a mistake, panicked, and had to call Jason, I was able to make the changes hassle free with minimal embarrassment on my part. I cannot recommend my experience enough. From now on Ill start my shopping at Stash and forget about the other places. Stop by and ask for Jason. Hell take care of you and you will leave with a piece for your home you love.

Bought a dining table and chairs. Table came with a cable missing that makes the top slides around when leaves are stowed. Went back to my salesman who said not to worry and the whole table would be replaced. After waiting for over a month approached them again by then all the tables got sold so no replacement, After more waiting no replacement part either, Next step their customer service person steps in and says that he can find the part, which she supposedly found and come repair day, they walk in with a lock.. So again only thing that came out of it was waste of time. Still not sure how a cable was needed and a lock/latch is what got ordered. Really disappointed with Stash. Almost two month with no solution in sight. No more shopping at Stash for me.

I went in expecting to be disappointed, based on reviews I had read, but instead I am happy to report I am a satisfied customer who would definitely consider Stash again in the future. I am pleased with my new sofa sectional; the quality (so far) looks good. Delivery was smooth and this was a surprise based on prior terrible reviews by other customers. The delivery men were professional and timely. The sales professionals in the store were super relaxed, the did not push me to make a purchase, instead allowed me to take my time. The reason Stash gets 4 stars is due to the sales pressure regarding the warranty package. Maybe because I showed some hesitation, it appeared I could be swayed. Besides this heavy sell--- I highly recommend STASH.

well we havent received our furniture yet, so Ill update once we do - but we loved what we saw. We fell in love with several pieces and got a smokin deal on a couple of electrical/power recliners. We usually dont purchase the warranties but were told that since the chairs are "as is"... meaning floor models that the extra protection covers everything (except animal punctures) including if the motors fail, so we decided to get the extra peace of mind for 5 years. Well pick up our chairs later this week - gotta paint our family room :) then our cocktail and end tables should be in within a few weeks. Ill come back to edit my review down the road - but really happy as of now!!!!

Stash, if you know an item is going to be sold on clearance then put it on clearance before someone wants to buy it... you have a whole room of the stuff. Your computer system takes 20 minutes to change an item to clearance, not to mention waiting on a manager who wants to talk about the weather while I wait. P.S. Stop sending me mail and get rid of the overhead announcements about how inexpensive your over-priced items are... thats what they do at Menards (yes I just compared you to a hardware store). P.S.S. I called and removed my name from your mailing list but Im still receiving mail, how often does one buy furniture?
