This was the best experience I have EVER HAD from the greeting at the door to the short wait. Not only did I enjoy the management and service, but the ambience was welcoming and definitely the place to be! I highly recommend that you ask for Briana when you arrive because she had the most pleasant smile and helpful demeanor in the place and not only did she ensure I received top notch service, but she went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I requested when I arrived. This was equally matched by management there as well. KUDOS TO YOU BRIANA AND TEAM FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

The service was extremely slow and unfriendly. Once we were helped, I knew more from researching online and from the ATT website than the service salesman in the store. He even told me information that was wrong and I corrected him and showed him online how he was wrong. He also set up the phone accounts wrong and I had to fix it by going online and over the phone. The manager of this facility must not care about service or his people performing well. Do not go to this location. It would be better and faster to do it online!

Worst customer service ever in encountered anywhere. Went in to get minutes waited at the counter for fifteen minutes before associate asked if I had signed in at the door. There was no sign at the door saying one had to sign in and no one at the door to greet me. In order to be waited on one must wait at the door for someone to show up to sign you in. As I left the person signing people in showed up at the door. I will never go to this place again!

Went in because my phone wasnt working right. The worker didnt listen to my description of the problem and told me it was working. After I explained the problem again, the worker tried my phone and said it didnt work. The worker made no attempt to fix my phone but tried to get me to upgrade it instead because it was "probably broken." After I left, I restarted my phone and the problem was corrected.

horrible customer service. We were being helped and she walked away saying she would be right back and was gone for 20 minutes, we then asked another associate for her and he didnt even know who the associate was. he went to look for her and we sat and waited for another 15 minutes before just giving up and leaving. we will not be returning or recommending to anybody.

worst customer service. chic was on the phone arguing with her baby daddy while assisting me and then went in the back of the store and left me in the lobby for over 20 minutes waiting for her to bring me my purchase out the back. yes of course I walked out the store very angry. I think her name was"alicia"

RIDICULOUS. I went in with many problems and questions about my Galaxy S III. the person who waited on me knew absolutely nothing. He advised me to go on Google and type in my problems for answers and said that is how he had to do it. He caused more problems than he solved. I WOULDNT GO THERE ON A BET

Terrible location the wait is ridiculous and the staff are extremely unhelpful. This store will make you not want att. Jessica the white young lady is so so terrible. Talks down to customers and is extremely rude. Will never do business with this location again

Customer Service is often lacking with AT&T. This experience was no difference. Had trouble getting promised reimbursement for transferring from another carrier. Regret changing with every experience Ive had so far. They often leave issues unresolved.

Always a wait so dont go expecting to be served right away unless youre visiting a kiosk. Staff is courteous, some more knowledgeable than others. You can wats strike a discount if you play it right but beware of extrndee contract in the hidden print.

After 5 hours I was switched from uverse to direct tv without warning... make sure you let sales rep know you only have a set amount of time otherwise you will be stuck.
