Ive been a regular customer here for last two years and for the most part have had positive experience until recently - I got two boxes of schnicks beef and one of them had the correct sticker price of $4 per lb and the same meat on the second box said 9$ per pound. After reaching my car I realized this and took it back to the customer service and they just refunded the corrected amount without saying a word - not even a cursory sorry for overcharging by mistake - the boys and girls in the check out act as if doing their job is a pain and make it known that very clearly - whatever happened to greeting with a smile (even if a fake one )! The crave couer schnicks is loads better

Eh... Not the best grocery store in town... Not the friendliest, either. Never has been, despite their ads. Some times the produce is questionable, and I have purchased things from there a few times recently and took them home just to find out they were already expired... Stuff that I would not expect to need to check the dates on, such as canned food, which usually has a shelf life of a couple years. This has been happening at many stores in the area lately. Pretty crappy.

Great staff throughout the store. My go to pharmacy with the best pharmacists and techs around! Very friendly and caring! Cant say enough good about the group in the pharmacy!! Did I mention that the pharmacy is staffed by the best?! Yep! They are!

Food (especially meat) is always rotten spoiled expired out dated and prepared food is NOT prepared properly. Salads are not cold enough at salad bar.. alcohol is too expensive at this location.. you might as well go to Dierbergs down the street.

I love that the employees recognize their customers in the aisles and at the checkout. Plenty of self-checkout lines, which is also a plus, and the US Bank branch inside is nice. Otherwise, pretty much standard fare for a grocery store.

While I have encountered many friendly employees and checkers here, the majority of them are extremely rude and offensive!! Like extremely rude! I was appalled by the lack of assistance and straight up hatred of customers it seemed.

Clean store with a decent selection of many different kinds of items. Staff is friendly. Would recommend in the area. Was it one of the best grocery stores I have even been to, no. Is it the best in this area, probably.

Never had an issue going here. Always someone around to ask for directions to a certain aisle. Prices are higher than I would have liked, but its a good store if I dont have time to go somewhere else.
