I was raised in Yakima Washington , worked in packing houses and know fruits and produce. I have returned bad produce, fruit and meat on more than one occasion and it is not just one store. At first I thought their refrigerators were not set correctly, often frozen veggies show signs of referee. This chain appears, in my option to purchase second pick produce but charge premium prices. Red apples are Just that, shades of red, when you see deep burgundy Red Apples they have been I Cold Storage far to long. Watch pull dates on other products in the stores, they seem to been very slow (Ive found 20-30 day past pull) Google pull dates and read why products have pull dates. I avoid Country Mart and drive out of my way to do it. I concurred, checker visit to much at busy times.!

Sorry I dont have an experience story to share about them, yet from reading all the comments of shoppers I totally understand where they stand when it comes to being treated friendly at least by an employee or manager even ! Even if I were extremely desperate, based on all of what I have read, I would NOT even dream of shopping at a place such as this. They (the company needs to take heed that the customer is what makes or BREAKS them. Sharpen up on your business skills, and do what is right for YOUR almighty dollar customer that will keep you and your families employees in business for survival ! A very devoted former employee ( from an unmentioned chain) for over thirty years

Been buying my groceries here sense moving to Branson ,but today when went the help didnt seem to no what was going on you would ask about something that was, on sale and they would shake there head.I got to checkout there was a little Mexican lady checking people out but was to busy talking to her to her husband or boyfriend to wait on anyone so she sent us over to the lady at the smoking check out .I could understand if she was busy but she was not. I told the nice lady at the smoking counter .I was a manager before I retired that woman would not have a job customers are suppose to be first.

Branson Country-Mart lied to their laid off employees this winter when they said they would be calling them back for work. Many of the now former employees were not given notice to their being laid off until they had punched in for work and were informed by co-workers instead of management that they were not being called back. Now Branson Country-Mart has hired twice the number of employees at lower wages to replace the ones they let go. Way to go Country-Mart! You lost yourself a lot of business.

This was the closest grocery store to our resort, Westgate at Branson Woods. We shopped there a few times during our week-long vacation and I really liked it. The employees were all friendly and professional. They offered to help us find things and even walked us to the items we were looking for. Additionally, the chain offered discount tickets to Silver Dollar City - almost half off of the regular admission! This will definitely be our grocery store of choice on our next trip!

There are some employees here that are a bit on the rude side. We tried using coupons and didnt realize the policy on them, and instead of trying to work with us the lady that checked us out was extremely rude and unhelpful. I usually will say "sorry my bad" and move on with life if I misunderstand a policy or something but I dont like being treated like a 5 year old. There are on the good side great deals here, and theres at least one manager thats a very nice gentleman.

I go I here because its "convenient" (close to my work) only. how ever prices are way higher then walmart employees are very slow and talk too much store looks dirty inside and out. always a line due to very slow moving older folks who work there and very low cashier count on duty. always skeleton crew there are a very few things I get here before work and thats it I avoid funky mart at all costs

The FLORAL DEPARTMENT ROCKS!!! I have never been disappointed by Debbie and her team! The flowers are exceptional, the service is why I keep coming back and did I mention the FLOWERS!!! They are the best, they seem to always last forever! Great price, exceptional quality and gorgeous arrangements! You have to get all your flowers from here! Thank you!

Country Mart on 248 in Branson could use some CUSTOMER SERVICE...classes. I patronize Country Mart often at least 4 times a week for the past year not once I have ever been acknowledged by any of there staff. I often see managers walking the ailes and they just pass you by with out saying a word too bad their are not other Super Markets to patronize.

Your typical neighborhood grocery store. Always friendly service with a little higher than big box store prices. I try shop here as often as I can. Meat selection leaves a little to be desired. Price Chopper has about 8xs the meat selection. But the have done good specials someones. Pick 5 for $25 of skate a good deal.

I feel it is dirty and I always have to check that what I am buying isnt expired. It has happened more than once. The employees are rude and preoccupied with themselves. Especially the managers. They are not seting a good example for the rest of the employees. Customer service is not their strong suit!

I was referred to the florist here, Lillys Floral, and they were amazing! They created a beautiful arrangement and delivered it to our hotel room before we checked in to surprise my wife. My wife absolutely loved it and they were less expensive than other local florists. Highly recommend Lillys Floral!

Horrible experience on Saturday on country mart in Branson, MO in the western union, a man named Sam in the liquor place gave my mother an unpleasant treatment when she wanted to make some money transfer, I would never step there again, customer service needs to improve...

Has deli, BBQ meat station, flowers, wines, and more. Only thing I didnt care for shopping cart that got loose from a lady getting her groceries in her car. Hit my car and did over $800.00 in damages. They should have a cart corral by the hands cap.

This store has better inventory in all departments as well as a superior atmosphere to my Hollister Country Mart, they even placed a special order for me. Its a longer drive, but I make a point to stop and shop at this CM.

Great selection on just about anything food wise. Love that they have a fresh meat counter, deli Bakery and floral department. And location, location location. Very convenient for us to travel to.
