The atmosphere was awesome, and so was my artist. But when we walked in, some if The artist were all sitting around talking and none actually wanted to get up and at least see what I was wanting to get. One actually rolled his eyes and blew me off. We actually talked about going somewhere else but decided to see what happened. My artist was amazing, real gentle and very nice but the others just seemed rude and didnt want to be there. I cant remember my artists name.l, but thank you. I love my tattoo! If I could give my artist 5 stars I would, but my review is for everyone else.

Carnivale is an eclectically decorated and superbly clean shop with great artists. I visited Matt K. back in August 2013 and was very happy with the work. Ive been tattooed by him before and I have 0 complaints about his work. Hes capable of doing pretty much anything from cover ups to custom work. He also goes above and beyond to make sure that youre getting what you want and that you leave the shop happy. Hes very gentle handed and is quite meticulous about his work and setting up. Never a worry when getting a tattoo from him! I highly suggest him to anyone in the Biloxi area.

They really are great at their job but their scheduling is non-existent. My friend and I went in for him to get an appointment (not even to get the tattoo, just to get a feel of the details and area and the time where the artist cab fit him into), but ended up waiting for 90+ minutes, because they were so busy. He had tried to call ahead but the artist told him they dont make appointments to make appointments. I understand that they are good, but its ridiculous that we are just sitting there waiting for so long without even being able to talky to the guy.

Omg BEST TATTOO parlor Ive ever been to. Set up like a carnival with loads of awesome old carnie posters and decorations everywhere. The artists were all amazing. I brought in a pic my son drew wanted it enlarged and tattood on my forarm. The guy did a perfect job on a very intricate tattoo. Also charged me 1/2 the price quoted by the other shop in town and got me in right then, the other shop wanted me to come back next week..... I will go there

I have been tattooed all over the US as a former touring musician and I have so many tattoos, that Ive lost count. On vacation in Biloxi, on a whim craving some new ink, I walked into Carnivale Tattoo and before I knew it, I walked out with a new tattoo. Matt took care of me and drew up exactly what I wanted and despite living in Louisiana, I have found a new home for tattoos! Thanks guys!

Great atmosphere very helpful staff awsome artists an all around great tattoo experience from these guys and i know i have almost 200 hours from various artists around the country and i will definitely be returning for more work from these great artists the only downside is with any good shop is they are busy and a consult and appointment is recommended but i give them 5 stars hands down

per·fec·tion·ist - (pərˈfekSH(ə)nəst) Carnivale Tattoo is the BEST. Christian did a cover up of an older tribal band with a sea turtle gliding along the waters. We were crunched for time but he worked me in. He wished we could have one more session for just minor detail work but the detail on this is Sweet. If your in the Biloxi area look up Carnivale Tattoo.

The best tattoo experience Ive ever had! The staff was so accommodating and nice. I went in thinking I was just going as moral support for my cousin and left with a new piercing and tat! The shop is clean, and the artists do amazing work. We loved our experience, and Ill be driving from Louisiana to get my next tattoo done at Carnivale.

Got the impression they couldnt be bothered with a walk in. Boy that came to the front was the typical annoyed mellenial that doesnt understand people like me are what pays their bills. Should have followed recommendations and gone to Gulfport. Glad Carnival didnt get any of my money or have a permanent spot with my other art.

I had carnival recommended over so many other parlors here and I can confirm it is among the better ones here. Very professional artists with a chill environment. The tattoo itself turned out very good for a reasonable price. If I wasnt leaving in 2 weeks I would for sure be getting another.

The best tattoo shop on the coast. The artists are patient and work with you. I got an awesome price for my tattoo and its exactly how I wanted it. Bobby did my tattoo and I will be going to him for now on. Great place, great staff, great prices.
