The people in the meat department are very helpful and friendly and the meat is some of the best meat I have ever had.. Produce is fresh most of the time. The cashiers are always very friendly.. My favorite grocery store ever!!! Keep up the good work..

I love HyVee, but I asked where something was but instead of either one of the two employees showing me where the item was they just pointed and said over there. What? I thought it was HyVee policy/ training to walk the customer to the item in question.

Employee need to work on their customer service. We have been there two times, only to be greeted with an attitude of your bugging me. We want to support local but this makes it hard.
