By far, the WORST pharmacy I have ever done business with. The last two times I was in the store, I saw people receive incorrect medications (other peoples prescriptions). I have personally received incorrect prescriptions in the past, as well. I usually use the drive thru, but when I have been inside, the employees look like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off, running around in a confused state. The employee I spoke with said they have a very high turn around rate and most pharmacy employees are new or work in other parts of the store and are not truly trained to work in the pharmacy. Obviously, check your own prescriptions for accuracy; but more importantly-your childrens. Dont get me wrong, the staff are always friendly, but they are so rushed for time, they leave you feeling uninformed and frustrated. And dont even get me started on their auto-fill program... I literally had to block their number from my phone from all of the repeated calls due to old Rxs attempting to be refilled by their system. And then receive worried calls from doctors offices asking why I need a med from three years ago. #flawed

Terrible. I waited in the drive up for 5-10 minutes and it didnt move. I went inside and there was a line 3 ppl deep at photo and 2 ppl in pharmacy plus 2 in the drive thru. All I needed was some pain relief otc meds for my baby. Both registers were unbelievably SLOW. I asked the woman in photo if there was anyone who could ring me up and she said she was trying as best as she could. I wanted to just go thru the drive thru so that I didnt have to bring my baby inside. Tried to run in quick to get meds. I wound up having to wake up my sleeping baby and wait far too long to get otc meds. I will be using a different pharmacy from now on. Ridiculous.

They need to organize their photos. Its typical for me to go there and be told that my pictures arent there when they are. They also only give me half of my order sometimes. Alphabetizing would probably be really helpful? Consistently writing on the boxes of larger orders? Not sure but there must be a way. Picking up pictures should be easy.

Very nice staff - especially in the photo services. The photo service specialist helped me edit photos and used her creative eye to make them great! I was juggling many tasks at once while on/off the phone and she was patient and understanding. Very much appreciated!

This is the slowest pharmacy in town. . If you enjoy long waits in line even after waiting for your time to pass this is the place .. . horrible. . people are complete imbiciles that work there !!
