I have never enjoyed going to a coffee shop as much as this location. I am already a biased Dunn Bros. advocate as it is, but I have been to many of the Minnesota locations and none can compare in all aspects of excellence. The owner is an extremely friendly, engaging and charistmatic guy. The other employees are not quite as extroverted, but just as kind and do their job(s) well. The occasional wait is usually worth it because the crema, volume, taste and color of the espresso is always just right. My ONLY complaint is that Dunn Bros. should get rid of Sumatra all together. :)

First visit today and my valid Dunn Brothers gift certificate was denied. The girl working the counter said that her boss doesnt accept them (gift cert purchased from Crowd Cut), even though this location is not one of the coffee shops excluded as listed on the cert. I was easily able to use it at the Savage location same-day and enjoyed an excellent Frappe there. Nice looking place in downtown Chaska, but choosing to deny a valid coupon will ensure that I will choose other coffee shops instead. 1 star for the nice building, 0 stars for no service.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops. I love Dun Brothers in general, but this location is something special. First, the structural design is fantastic. The building has lots of little cozy spaces to chat or work. The design looks Minneapolis, but theres no pretentious hipsters. The staff is always friendly. The coffee is fresh roasted and always hot. The coustomers are lively and happy here. Check it out!

Come for the coffee, stay for the people. Great, quaint spot in downtown Chaska where the staff is always sure to put you in a good mood. Many other coffee shops at 7AM are full of under caffeinated morning commuters, not here! This Dunn Brothers has a wonderful atmosphere that is always chattering with great conversations and happy people. A definite stop for your cup of joe!

I was constantly being discriminated against because Im a decaf drinker. Then I decided to give the crew in the local Chaska Dunn Brothers a try. They were happy to serve me! Decaf Lives do Matter! Seriously though, they have a terrific warm atmosphere and great coffee and treats! Always friendly staff. Decaf drinkers UNITE!!!

One of the best Dunn Bros. The staff is always nice and willing to make something for you to drink which is not on the menu. I love the spot and the ambience. Unfortunately, it looks like the city will be doing work near the entrance. I hope it is done quickly, the noise of jack hammers was not so great, I hope it quiets down soon.

They gave me coffee from Uganda after I specifically asked them not to. I think it was some pretty attempt to prove me wrong when I said I thought it tasted spicy . I told my friend how dissapointed I was when I found out. I heard them say within hearing distance "he can actually tell the difference?"#.

Great vibe and atmosphere in the heart of Chaska, MN. Mike (the owner of the establishment) is very friendly, funny and outgoing. The courtesy of the staff is contagious and fosters a warm home-town feel. You can easily lose track of time here. An amazing rarity of a franchise.

This place is great! I work out of coffee shops and have been to them all. The buillding is an awesome tin roof old warehouse. Owner on site and very engaging. Great vibe. Great wifi also. A cool environment overall!
