I purchased a keg here and rented one of their taps for a family celebration. After one night the beer was completely flat. It was an issue with the tap leaking while not in use and losing pressure. It was undrinkable. I brought it back and informed the cashier of the issue and he said that it had been a common complaint as of late and that they had ordered new taps as a result. I asked to speak to a manager and since they were renting out faulty taps and I had returned more than $50 worth of beer, perhaps I could receive store credit of some kind. He insisted that I had tapped the keg wrong though ive tapped several kegs in the past with no issue whatsoever and, as the cashier had mentioned, it has been an issue as of late. The manager refused any compensation or apology of any kind. I wont be returning and if youre planning on renting a keg from here, try to ensure its a good tap before you leave.

I pulled up to this store 2 mins. before 10 and the employees rushed to lock the door before we could reach it. Shut off the lights and ran to the till. I knocked on the door and stood there until it was 10... then i was told they were closed. There is no reason any business should operate this way. If i would like to enjoy a drink on my deck at night, thats my choice. I called the employees and they were very argumentative. Being that i am a regular at this store and treated like i dont matter is awful customer service no matter where im going. I will no longer use this store.. there are many others near by to choose from.

Sadly received very poor customer service. I understand a liquor store has rules to follow however at 35 I dont feel I should be treated like a criminal or subjected to verbal abuse. Very disappointing to be treated this way. Especially as a regular customer who has a valid ID..... smh...

Wow, Best liquor store in the area if not the whole northern suburb. The staffs are friendly and prices is great. Great selection and lots of inventory. I live in Brookyn Park but this is where I shop now..

I went on Christmas Eve, so the place was a zoo, but I greatly admired the staffs help and professionalism (many of them were actually dressed in shirts and ties). Ill definitely be back again!
