When my 5 year old son stepped on a piece of glass I went to the back of store (2 aisles away) to find employee to make them aware. An employee approached my 2 children asking where I was. Of course I heard her and immediately said, "Right here..." But before I could get any more out she started scolding me for leaving my children unattended. So I hand her the piece of glass to explain and she does not thank me, instead continues to berate me for leaving my children alone. It was 10 feet for about 30 seconds lady to let you know you have broken glass on the floor!!! Omg see the big picture and dont be rude to customers trying to HELP keep your store safe. I wasnt upset about the glass, my son didnt get hurt, just didnt want it to hurt another customer. I will never shop there again. Usually stores are so nice when you alert them to such hazards...

I found a really nice bag there but they had it zip tied to a rack so I asked an associate to hold it for me, that I still wanted to look around at some other things. She said okay and removed the purse and took it behind the counter, about 30min later I went up to the counter to checkout and asked for the purse that was being held for me and they told me that the lady who got it and took it behind the counter for me sold it to someone else...for no reason. The manager said she was going to "talk" to her....thanks, i guess, but I wanted the purse!

No use in donating fragile glassware, the people taking the donations will just toss the box and beak everything. I donated an entire glass set. And I told the young man what it was and to be careful. Next thing you know "crash"! If I knew it wasnt going to go to someone who could use it, I would have skipped the middleman and the them out myself. Also they work at a snails pace.

The manager or whoever and some of the older workers are unbelievably rude. I hope they read this so they can learn how to be more professional and clean up their negativity they present at the store. I am very disappointed that the higher authorities are worse than the sales associates. The younger workers are nice and helpful, store itself is nice.

Goodwill is no longer a place that offers reasonable prices on their used JUNK to help out people who are on a limited budget. Very overpriced on anything worth having, and this particular store is a prime example of that. The prices are downright insulting. Ill go buy new for the same or near the same price.

Goodwill is a great place if youre looking for "nifty" used items. Overall they have reduced prices, but some things are a little overpriced for being used and beat up. I would recommend going to goodwill on tuesdays. On every Tuesday, a single color tag is 75% off. Last week was all yellow tags 75%.

A great store. When you consider the mission, the fact that they employ local people and offer lightly used items to those in need...We donate many items here and hope they make a difference. The staff is helpful and attentive. The line for drop offs is always busy.
