Had a amazing experience at this location, The techs and doctors where friendly and professional. My exam was smooth and everything was explained to me step by step. From there they took me out to look at glasses where I was helped by April. She was very patient and kind and really took her time to help me find frames I loved that it also did not break the bank, she also explain all the important things that where needed on my glasses and why I needed them. From there we went over insurance and what kind of protection was offered for the glasses. April really made the whole experience really painless and fun. When I picked the glasses up Tim was very helpful and took the time to adjust them and make sure the fit was just right. This was the best experience I have ever had in any eye care place I have ever been. I seriously recommend this place to anyone who needs a eye exam or eyeglasses.

Went in for class to learn how to put in contacts note that my appointment was near there lunch time after I got them in threw them rotating threw techs because they were taking lunch they said I was taking to long to learn and that I would need to reschedule which wasnt ok but I agreed. I live a busy life and noticed I hadnt gotten a call to come back in, after calling and told I would receive a call back because all techs were busy I never received the call , I received a note in mail saying they were waiting on my contacts but I called and it seems that they had the contacts the entire time. from the time I went in from class and today its been over 10 weeks it takes 2-4 days for contacts to come in. So Im going back in a few days and will post another review .SMH :/

They will argue with you when you tell them new glasses are blurry. Then try to convince you to take them anyways as you "will get used to them." A true hard sale on how it will get better, something I expect from a used car dealer but not from an optometrist. They made me feet like I was a bother for wanting glasses that worked once the sale was complete. Like other reviewers I found my exam to be professional and timely. It was the sales portion that soured my experience. After having to return it found out that they had an input mistake. My question is why did I have to return, this could have all been avoided without the hard sale.

Dr. Crandall was awesome. The lady who schedules the appointments is very rude. She got mad at us several times for not being able to schedule a certain. She had no understanding that we had jobs and we were trying to do whats best for us. She made us seem like a hassle on her job and didnt feel a patient first mentality from her. Dr. GAO was another unpleasant experience as he had no bedside manner and gave us wrong instructions on how to receiver which resulted in a second surgery. We eventually reached out to U of M and they gave us an awesome experience. I wouldnt recommend anyone comin here.

Calling this building is a joke. I do not understand why it is always a hassle to speak with a tech about ordering contacts. They continuously say that techs are not available and that they will be able to call you back when they are- the last 2 times I did this, I did not get a call back. Each time I call and actually get through (after refusing the call back and saying I will just wait on hold) they tell me a higher price and that something else is wrong than what I was told when I went into the building.

Reading some other reviews on here I was a bit reluctant to visit this location and I really wish I had gone with that. Management at this location clearly has zero standards for the employees they hire. The guy who helped me, Cory, spent most of his time staring at my chest and relentlessly flirted with me. A lot of what came out of his mouth made me wonder whether he was high on something. This was the most uncomfortable customer service experience I have had, PERIOD. Avoid this place!

Terrible customer service. Lazy sales lady seemed like shed rather chit chat with coworkers. Half of the "decent" glasses are locked up and good luck getting someone to "let you in" to try them on. Front desk cant seem to get their priorities straight in directing sales people to assist customers. No greetings.. Nothing. I told them to cancel my up-coming eye exam. Ive learned that if a place cant treat you right BEFORE they have your money... Welllll.. #Endrant.

My daughter and I had an amazing experience! Dr. Mattia found just the right prescription for us and we are so thankful we can finally wear glasses that dont make us dizzy or have headaches! Anthony C. and Tone were very caring, honest, and patient! They spent an enormous amount of time with us in making sure we found just the right pair of glasses. We cant wait to buy our next pair from them! Thank you all for taking pride in your work! We will be back!

The techs and eye doctors are nice - but dont bother buying frames there. The Oakley frames I wanted were $350, found them at 2 other eye places for $200! Optimeyes would not match the price (manager said they dont do that), so I went to another place to buy the frame. Contacted Oakley and the rep said optimeyes is not supposed to upcharge the frames past MSRP., as MSRP was $200 - so who knows how they keep doing it and getting away with it.

I had an amazing experience this morning with April Stokes, she was awesome to work with as she helped me select my new glasses. Not only was she extremely proficient in helping me find glasses, she was a pleasure to speak with. She showed me this awesome example of the Anti-Glare options on her ipad. I will definitely be back to see her.

Had a wonderful experience here. My girls and I all needed glasses and they were very patience with us picking them out and assisting us with our glasses. When I received a coupon in the mail the same day I ordered glasses, when I let them know upon picking up glasses, they honored the coupon. The staff was all very friendly!

Overall just okay. Making and fulfilling appointment was easy enough. However it took longer than normal to get eyeglasses made. When I called, the reason was because of the type of lenses I ordered. Ive had the same prescription for the last 15 years, so it seems a bit strange to wait 2 weeks for them to be made.

The employees were very pleasant and helpful. The tech( Eric) and Dr Schmidt were gentle explained everything they was going to do. The store had a great selection of glasses. First time at this location. I was greeted promptly and everyone is extremely friendly, offering prompt and courteous service. And as a bonus, my new glasses were ready the next day! Ive finally found my glasses connection!
