Not impressed with the service at this office what so ever. Not saying the whole office would have treated me the same exact way as this lady with the pointed nose and long hair treated me. Seemed like she did NOT like her job and DEFINITELY did not want to go out of her way to help me answer normal eye care questions. I just found her so unprofessional and so very rude. Im very easy to get along with and understanding but every time I asked a question I received a loud sigh and a roll of the eyes and never received a straight answer to any of my questions. I most definitely will be getting my next exam and new glasses at another Optometrist office next time around. Ill be sure to take the rest of my family with me as well.
