Bought a small bowl from here. Checked it out pretty well in the store but it wasnt until I got home and had it in the sunlight that I realized it had stress fractures in the mouthpiece. Never used it. Called them up and the woman that answered refused to believe that stress fractures were possibly there because "they inspect all the glass before its sold". I was told all glass sales are final. Make sure if you buy from here, youre prepared to take a loss.... Owners and managers wont do anything for you....

You know i used to like this place but over the years ive been getting more and more cheap BS from them saying oh yea its great i use it blah blah blah. Lady even tried selling me a nail saying it was quartz and titanium and i bought it believing her and to my astonishment it was fricken glass and titanium and the thing broke like 4th dab in. Pretty upset thinking about going in and having a word with the manager because i asked the girl specifically if this nail will last and yup didnt sooo......

I heard about it on the radio, so I went to check it out. Store seemed nice, the service well... when I walked in the first thing that was said is that I have 2 minutes. I didnt know they closed at 8, and would of gladly left at 8. I work in customer service and it is annoying when people come in last minute, I get that. But could of went about it a little better. Prices were a little steep. And it also sucks that it is not the same family that owned 3 doors down before, they just used the name.

Recently visited this head shop for some smoking supplys. Severely disappointed with the stoned out staff. Prices are EXTREMELY HIGH compared to any other smoke shop around the area. All other products were marked up EXTREMELY HIGH... just like their staff. Dont visit this place. Save your money and order from a retailer online!!! (Google online head shop or glass pipes) save yourself some gas and some money!
