Theres an older gentleman thats a bit more respectful, but a younger gentleman that pretty crass and seems to be annoyed with questions. I get that its a pawn shop and not necessarily in the business of helping anyone but themselves, but the prices here are absolutely hilarious. Theres been the same guitars and amps there for years now. All of them priced horribly and marked near or above new retail price. Same is true of the video games and blurays ($8 each, seriously?) in the glass cabinets. They are sun-bleached from being there so long and overpriced. Ive made a bunch of offers, but never have been able to make a reasonable purchase. Once again, I get its a pawn shop, but its one of worst Ive been to.

Best prices in town for gold and silver. Great customer service. Very professional. Nice clean store. You will save money here. Cool website: suburban.exchange Looking at the Adam D review, if you click on his name you can see a bunch of his google reviews of other establishments and it looks to me that he is a professional complainer. I hope that whatever his real profession is he is as perfect as he expects everyone else to be. I doubt it though.
