Rude. I was there last week and the guy at the counter spent most of his time bragging about how good he was and how lucky they are to have him "back". He did this while people waited in line for him to quit yapping each time. Today I sent my 16 yr old son down to get his battery changed and the same guy was extremely rude, said that he couldnt do it and "cant you tell Im the only one working?". Obviously poor customer service. We wont be back until hes gone

The past two times I have been here they gave my the wrong parts. Wrong brake pads the first time. Went back to get the correct ones and they gave me the wrong ones FOR A SECOND TIME. The second time they gave me a gasket seal for an eight cylinder ford when I needed a seal for a four cylinder dodge! Will not be returning to this location.

I had a great experience with a battery test and replacement here! Dennis was the store associate who helped me, and he was awesome! The whole process went seamlessly, and I was in and out very quickly. Great service!

They beat almost everyone in town on parts prices. If they dont have it in stock, its usually here in two days tops. My go to place for parts. The rewards program is pretty sweet too.
