This is about the 4th to 5th month in a row that I have had a ridiculous experience with this Meijers pharmacy. I have asked countless of times for them to have my prescription on automatic refill (all of these times I was told this was not a problem) and to be notified via phone call or text, and neither of this has happened. I have to keep calling in to the pharmacy only to be told that my prescription was not refilled. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Your customer service is a complete mess. Not to mention, half of the time they are completely rude. If I had the choice, I would 100% take my business elsewhere.

Before 2 years ago the service is so perfect,,,Now is so scandal.I call and I told her I have refill I be there 1 hour to pick up ,,,she say okkkkkkkk After 2 hours I be there to pick up--she say wee not have her now need same day to bring here okkkkkkkkk I call you ,,and you get all my info by phone way you told me to come pick up after 1 hour ,,,,is not 1st problem ,,,,we have more and more ,,,,the new staff have now need more training

if you have the patience of a saint, then I recommend Meijer Pharmacy. If, on the other hand you dont want to wait for clerks who move slower than molasses, I suggest you go to a professional pharmacy like CVS or Walgreens. I no longer believe in grocery pharmacists.

The wait to pick up anything is ridiculous. I honestly dont know why my wife goes there. Waited 20 minutes the other day to pick up a script and they had 4 techs working. I refuse to go there
