4.5 hours to deliver blood clot medication! Cant drive but will have to call 911 to go to ER to get meds. Cant risk blowing a blood clot waiting for these people to show up. Be there "shortly" that was 3 hours ago! And she kept calling me MAM after confirming my name.... phone skills lacking to say the least. 1.5 miles from location and wont use again...Took my money and failed to deliver product in a timely manner. They will be getting a bill from the ER visit!
