If there was a choice to not give this Burlington stars I wouldnt give them any stars. I had picked out 3 items to buy and one of the items I had was on the clearance rack with another one so when I went to check out and unfortunately I had their REALLY rude manager (Laurie) help me. I asked the manager to scan and check if the item that was on clearance, she quickly said "there isnt a clearance sticker on there so Im not scanning and checking it". I let that go and I had a pair of shoes that HAD a clearance sticker that said "$12.99" on them. She pulled the sticker off and said that wasnt the sticker for it. She was implying that I put the sticker on there. She told me that clearance stickers are RED and kept repeating it. I told her to grab the sticker and see that it was red. She pulled the trash can and put it on the counter and shoved it in my face and said "look for it in the garbage". I literally told her "get the trash can out of my face" and she asked me to leave. SHE asked ME to leave because she put a trash can in my face. I called the cops on this lady and I really hope she gets fired because nobody deserves to be treated like that just because youre "having a bad day".

Went in the day before to purchase a coat that I really liked, but the line was so long that I left the store. I returned the next day, the store was empty and I was the only one in line, but when I got up there the lady said "I got to go to the bathroom, its going to be a while." I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting, the cashier that was up there finished with a customer, looked at me and walked away, wouldnt help me. Another register opened up and the people behind me proceeded to try to cut in front of me. Finally the lady that went to the bathroom came back and said "come on, I told you it was going to be a while." It had a great selection, unfortunately the service was not so great.

Was shopping for a winter coat for my wife and we decided to go to Burlington Coat Factory. At first, I was skeptical. I thought that these stores always had picked over items and didnt have much in the way of size selections. When we arrived, we went to the womens coat section and we found that about 1/5 of the store was dedicated to womens coats! We looked through the coats and found a GREAT coat for a fraction of the cost! Now I check everything out once to at least see if its viable.

Great prices. More room between ailes and improved display. Mens section needs more new products (shirts and pants). I have seen more price drop items since Easter area, probably due to more returns ou old fashion items. Some famous brand names we used to see in competitors shops, have been witdrawn or sell show less items. They do more for women with more choice of products. Probably because they have more female clients

Great selection but the store has a weird amount of open space. I dont know if theyre planning to fill that space or if they are remodeling or if they plan on leaving the weird open area in the back corner but Good store minus the fact that it lacks appeal.

Service was terrible. Cashiers were rude and unprofessional. Went shopping for school with my daughter and they told us we couldnt purchase with cash. Worst store ever. Do NOT recommended. Everyone should be fired.
