These guys have been SO HELPFUL to me. Theyre like my secret shopping weapon. Theyve given stellar recommendations for my grandfathers upgrade from cheap brandy to prime liqueur (it totally blew his mind); theyve told the entire stories of their highly select bottles of bourbon, helping me choose for my boyfriends father; and theyve acquired a pile of beers for my brewery-hopping boyfriend, allowing me to surprise him with distant acquisitions all the time. They know me on sight and treat me like a valuable customer even when I make mistakes and buy the wrong things... and Im a woman in my twenties, so its nice not to feel patronized. Good selection but they are very picky about who their "regulars" are. Even after going every week, they were hesitant to give me some of the *seasonal* releases like founders harvest ale. These arent even the whales like KBS or bourbon county, those wont see the light of day and theyll never even acknowledge they have them. For beer, go to holiday market - similar selection but they dont hoard and everything goes on the shelf - even KBS or 120 minute IPA.

They have such a large selection and are the most knowledgeable liquor enthusiasts that Ive ever met. They treat you with respect and make honest recommendations as to what is worth buying, based upon what you know you already like. I suggest you seek out either Laith or Chris with any questions you might have, although I found all the staff to helpful. Aaron

Best selection and service around! These guys have anything a bartender could dream of. Friendly and helpful staff. We drive from Ann Arbor just for this experience. The store is clean and well organized. We will definitely be coming back and recommending the store to friends. (only store around that carries ginger beer.)

Huge selection of alcohol and friendly staff! I just moved to Michigan and this liquor store is the closest to me. The employees were very welcoming after finding out I was new to the area. They explained the Michigan bottle deposit rule and gave my girlfriend and I free shots as a welcoming gift to the area.

Very helpful and informative. Went in with no idea on what to order for my sons wedding and Laith was very informative and helpful so that we got everything we needed including kegs of beer. I would recommend them for any big party or event and will continue to shop there.

They have the largest selection and varieties of liquors Ive seen in Michigan. The staff is helpful when you dont know what mood youre in or what beverage youre looking for. They ask questions, engage and give recommendations. Prices are reasonable and competitive.
