Staff stocking shelves blocking the entire aisle with multiple carts, malfunctioning "scan it" system that the store new about but didnt post signs warning customers, and no checkout attendant at the self check/scan it area made for a very frustrating shopping trip that took twice as long as it should have. Produce selection and quality was poor. Deli/Seafood/Meat sections reeked of dirty mop water, a common occurrence in this store lately. This used to be a really good place to shop, but has gone downhill fast in the last year. Hopefully management and staff can get their act together and make the store good again.

I had asked two managers who were talking to each other a question. They looked at me like I was a jerk for bothering them. That sealed the deal. Why go to a store that doesnt want youre business AND have stupid high prices? Pratically everything is 25-35% more expensive that market basket. Notice how market basket is actually busy. S&S is dead. And their produce sucks. And no fish counter. And rude managers working there. I mean come on, youre a manager in a grocery store... at least be nice to people.

We,my wife and I have enjoyed shopping at stop and shop. The only thing is that the print on the isle list should be bigger,even if you need two sheets of paper. The sidewalk at the stop and shop in Lynn needs to be presser washed.nice paint job.

Ive been going there for about 5 years. Must say, Deli dept always in great spirits. Excellent group of guys who always makes my daughter (kids in general) feel special. Jeremy and Shawn, very pleasant. Thanks gents...keep up the good work!!

Produce was rotting on the shelf. Was snubbed by an employee when asked if they had any more lettuce. And who would buy there anyway its whole foods expensive with Shaws quality, actually much worse than shaws. Big mistake. DONT GO THERE

Ever since market basket opened on highland ave this place seems kinda dead. The produce is also not very fresh since the turnover is pretty slow.
