I have had it with this place. I have waited in long lines for poor customer service in their pharmacy for 15 years now. The convenient location justified the lousy service. But no more. They would not fill a prescription for me because the Dr had not requested a pre-authorization from my HI company. Of course, they had not told the Dr. it was needed. They filled my Rx partially because they didnt have enough in stock. When I returned for the remainder, they refused to give it to me without the aforementioned documentation. I then offered to pay for it myself and get reimbursed and was refused my Rx. After involving the manager, I finally got the Rx, for severe pain that I needed asap. I will never patronize this store again.

The pharmacists rather talk to other customers about miscellaneous things other than assisting the customers that are waiting in line for Prescriptions ,i called about 4 days ago to get assistance on contacting my Dr for another Rx and the pharmacist was very rude and didnt listen to my initial problem!!! then they also misquote people all the time even for a simple Cream Smh sad they need more professionals ... Very frustrating if it wasnt walking distance i wound never go there and No self check out!!!

This is my go-to spot for necessary purchases like toothpaste and contact lens solution, and not-so-necessary items like pringles and candles scented like pine trees. I love that (1. you can always find a ton of cosmetics and shampoos on sale (2. the coupon rewards program is sick (3. the pharmacy rarely has a line for pickup and (4. you can find a non-cheesy greeting card if you look hard enough. If I went missing, you could probably find me here.

Worst pharmacy ever! Instead of assisting people who are there to pick up a prescription, the pharmacy cashiers spend more time ringing up customers purchasing toilet paper, while the drugs sit behind them piling up waiting to be distributed. I

The pharmacy service is terrible. Prescriptions arent ready when promised. They ignore called in by doctor most of the time At their busy time chaos reins Amazed they havent had any drug mix ups at least that we know of

this place stinks. The service is horrible and the store is ugly. The only bright spot in this store is a pharamcist by the Name of Nate. If it wasnt for him i would never go to this place.

As far as CVSs go, this ones great, and the pharmacy service is attentive, quick and friendly. This will be new go-to for anything Ill ever need...and, of course, all the stuff I dont.
