This location is ope till 10pm on a Mon. Its a busy store, shopped here several times in the past month but never needed assistance. I walked in around 9pm hoping to find a product that I purchased last week from a different Whole Foods close by that just opened. Nothing fancy, just a very tasty flavor of soup. I tried looking for it on the shelf and couldnt find it. Walked to customer service and showed the older gentleman the picture of the product and hes told me if I cant see it , that means they dont have it. I walked the isle again and sure enough I found a few other flavors located separately from the previous spot. My flavor still missing. I went to check out the other products and asked the cashier lady if shed be able to search inventory for a product and showed her the picture. She told me customer service can. The desk was located a few feet away and the customer service representative was able to hear our talk. I explained to her Ive already tried customer service but he didnt even bother looking the item up in the computer or offer to walk to the isle with me or send someone to assist. She said shes sorry very apathetic and looked at the other gentleman. I told her I know its inconvenient but I needed to know if they carry this product yet none of them offered to help. She looked at me again like She wasnt even present. The other gentleman had zero reaction again. THat was weird I thought. I thanked her for the lack of customer service in a polite manner and walked toward the exit. Ive been a Whole Foods customer for many years , in other states where I lived previously too. Very disappointed with the lack of care and poor attitude. I dont even want to try asking a question at a busier time of the day if thats how they treat people when its slow. The store was also looking dirty and unorganized. This was my experience. Hope everyone elses is better!

My family and I used to stop by the breakfast buffet often, since none of us are big egg eaters and there were always plenty of other options. They seem to have decreased the offering of regular bacon and oatmeal, which were items offered most days and we usually always got. I mean, seriously, who doesnt love bacon? Great fresh fruit offerings in the morning. Love the floral and seafood department. Agree with the previous rating that the parking lot is a bit dangerous. It can be a bit crazy trying to find a spot, and walking into the store in one piece on a busy Saturday.

Whole Foods has earned its superior reputation but even they have some products that excel above and beyond. Whole Foods Natural Juice Mixed Fruit Pie is one of those that makes you never want to bake again. You may not ever order pie in a restaurant again either. There are two such marvelous grocery stores in the MetroWest; this is one of those. Next time youre in a Whole Foods Store, try a pie. You, your family and friends will be as thrilled as I.

If you dont mind spending a little more money, for your own health, this is your spot for groceries. You can find unusual items, such as Chemex coffee filters, goat milk, pomelos, and organic everything. I stop here everytime Im in the area, I grab some food at the hot bar, and a few essentials, fruit, soap, coffee etc. In my mind this is the best grocery store around.

I love this place but experience with kitchen guys making pizza is always an adventure... I have been told by pizza guys that he forgot to make my pizza after waiting for 25 mins ... Total pizza time was 45 mins since first ordered.. Make sure you have lot of time on your side when dealing with make to order pizza... Always is a new adventure... Health but very late!!

Good wholesome food. Great desserts. Good cafeteria foods, soups, entrees,salad bar & a seating area to enjoy your meal. Good section selling skin & hair products. Delicious bakery items. Great meat section & seafood. Good selection of products for earth-friendly cleaning products. Its my second choice for grocery shopping due to higher prices than Wegmans.

This is a good Whole Foods, well-stocked, always has some local produce, great selection of prepared foods including salad bar, hot bar, hot entrees to go, and deli. In my experience the meat is very fresh and I like to come here to buy that. Its consistently busy in the evenings (when Im usually stopping by) but never too crowded.

Its a reasonable sized example of a Whole Food. Decent selection of fresh goods, especially the household items, fish and dairy. Good sushi and friendly staff. Usually a good selection of samples. No booze sold at this store. Parking is a little cramped.

This store is on the smaller side and the prices are high.I would recommend going to the local farmers market then shopping here.Overpriced low quality organic food typical of any wholefoods.They sell a lot of convention food at inflated prices as well

I come here for my daily lunch salad, and despite being packed they manage to move people surprisingly quickly. I never have to wait to get in and out. I do some grocery shopping here. Great produce, meats, fish, pasta, and cheeses.

Attractive store, fast checkout, lots of good quality organic and natural groceries. Pricey, though. Parking is limited; you might have to circle the lot, waiting for a space. Only problem is that WiFi does not work (Android phone).

Overpriced. Recently got caught scamming customers. Pizza not good, cooked food is not great either. USDA organic 365 brand is a scam thats not organic and is made in China. Fish, meat, and cheese sections is why I come here.

Getting into and out of the parking lot is the worst part of this location, but the store is huge and the selection is nice. The indoor seating area is quite nice and free wi-fi is welcomed.

Some foods are not fresh and taste sour when you get them home. They have a GREAT salad bar but the dressings are so so. They make excellent pizza but again there are times its not fresh

This is a great WFers (as we call it)! The staff is friendly and helpful. The know us now and always inquire about my wife when Im there by myself. The 365 brand is a great value!
