This place is a rip-off. Quoted prices are just a starting point, on top of which they add a markup for everything - lettuce, if not explicitly included costs an extra buck; mustard, an extra buck, etc. You want a grilled chicken sandwich like the one listed for $7.75? Well, if you want it any different way than its listed (like, a different cheese), they charge the $7.75 for the sandwich, plus $5 for the chicken a-la- carte because youre off-menu, and then $0.50 for the requested cheese. What a joke! And they NEVER tell you when youre ordering that these will be charged a different price. There are a million better places to get a sandwich in this neighborhood than a dishonest place like this one. Keep looking.

Overpriced food but that is to be expected to some degree based on location. What is not expected is how rude the staff can be. Selection fairly low for how much space they have. I thought this was a project designed to bring fresh foods to Harvard Square and supported by the University to some degree under the leadership of Larry Summers (this was my impression at the time it opened I could be wrong). At any rate, it did not help with fresh food-- I walked in this morning and they did not even have an apple or banana. Someone else should take over this space. So much more could be done with it. I cant imagine its maximizing anyones best interest the way it is.

Ive never tried their fast food section, but as far as convenience stores go its what youd expect from Harvard: a little uppity and expensive, but with plenty of fun items. Its a place I know I can always get Justins peanut butter in the little packets.

Spot on breakfast & deli sandwiches. Standard cafeteria style buffet for your weekday lunches and some high-end snacks for afternoon cravings. Reminds me a of a good NYC bodega, a desperately needed resource in the Boston area!!

Great place to eat breakfast and lunch, Deli guys are super friendly and they make the best sandwiches ever. The girl works in front are always rude to me and that made me not to go there every day as I used too before.

Nice little market in the Harvard square with a deli and some groceries. It is a little expensive. If you want a quick bite, this is a great place to stop by.

Pricey mid-sized market in HSQ. My roommate claims he had the best sandwich of his life from this place, though I forget which one it was--sorry, Googlers.

This seems to be the only place I can convince my girlfriend to eat when we need a quick bite before dance class. But the hot food is just ok.
