Tip Top is a great place to discover new, healthy food options. They also have all kinds of other items -- from Green Toys for the kids to hand-made gifts to specialty chocolates to fresh local eggs to bulk spices and more. Located in what is basically a large walk-out basement, its small and prices are moderate to high ... so its not necessarily a general store that could replace your supermarket. But most items stocked are very high quality, and the owners and staff are very well informed and are champions for non-GMO, Buy Local, and Fair Trade. They also offer bulk buying and a frequent buyer rewards account for customers. Tip Top is an important and wonderful part of what makes Brookfield such a terrific little New England town.

Community on the rise! Well stocked, adorable entrance with fountain, great artisan fun and the vitamins I needed. Oh and some seriously savory cacao. The woman running the show the other day, Chris, is knowledgeable and kind. Im told the owners have learned they have a knack for the health food store as this is their 2nd location. This gives even more confidence they buy and price right. Cant have it all, but beats whole foods parking lot and monstrous prices. Fresh herbs planted and ready for picking also available in small pots for your kitchen window gardens.
