I went in this place today and asked one of the guys behind the counter for a product that help deal with the problem of "engine light on". The guy smirked at me and said there is nothing that can help that. I told him my friend told me about a product that could help. The guy still insisted there is no such thing. The other guy at the counter looked up at me, so I told him what I was looking for. He also said nothing could help that. I explained further what I was looking for. And he suddenly said, "Oh wait" and went to pick up the product from the shelf. I said "see it says right on the box Guaranteed to Pass Emissions Test". The guy said, "oh I dont know about that." and he said "if its doesnt work, dont bring it back to me". All through my shopping experience at this store, I was treated rudely by these 2 seemly ignorant salespeople. They are supposed to be helpful to the customer, instead these salespeople were knocking down their own products. What a couple of twits. I wish the management would replace these 2 twits with salespeople who are more knowledgeable about their products and also courteous to their customers.

I called ahead to have them hold a battery, they were able to quickly identify that they did have it in stock and a reasonable price (half the price of the dealer). They had it ready for me when I got there, and even went so far as to install it for me. A great experience and Id definitely go back.

Helpful staff, they checked to make sure I was getting the right thing for my car. They have a good selection. Unsurprisingly, prices were higher than Amazon, but theres value in getting something on demand and having someone in the store help you to make sure youre getting the right thing.

Service sucked, kid Sat on his cell phone on Sunday when I was waiting to pay!
