I have to agree with the previous posting 100%. Yes, the deals are good, however, when you have to deal with those ignorant group of shoppers who are there everyday, it isnt even worth it. A woman bumped into my sister, whos pregnant, and didnt say excuse me or anything. My sister then replied with An excuse me goes a long way. Next thing you know, the woman who bumped into her starts saying I must be in the wrong county, here comes the KKK. Really!? Its common decency to say excuse me when you bump into someone. Ridiculous. Thereve been other issues as well, we also had someone claim that the crate we were standing on was theres. Ok, sure it is. The hostility and ignorance that they get away with is inexcusable and needs to be handled. The employees do nothing to prevent it, which is very frustrating. If you feel like you can handle these jerks, by all means, go ahead.

Alexandria g., What does being obese have to do with being rude to another person? And since I did not once touch a purse in that store, its kind of funny that Im being accused of stealing one. Lol. Priceless. The fact is that you and the other women that were there, are classless. The fact that I had to speak up for myself when I was bumped into, proves you were raised with no manners and poor social skills. Then, I was accused of being racist on top of all of that was ludicrous. The only thing that that proves is I was being subjected to racial profiling. Its so sad that that is happening. I feel bad for anyone else that will surely be subjected to your radical views and rudeness. I really hope you learn to curb your nastiness and get along with all types of people. Ive been to Goodwill stores all around the country and this one is by far the most disorganized, uncleanly, rude and just flat out disgusting one I have ever seen. The selection is small, they dont even organize anything, and they just throw the products radomly into boxes probably breaking most of it. I called ahead of time to ask a couple questions and the employee on the phone was absolutely rude. If you like thrift-shopping, avoid this one at all cost and go to one of the other goodwill stores located in nearby in Glen Burnie.

Heed J&Es advice. Watch out for the greedy Africans(an Asian and others). With that saidddd, a little digging and you will walk away with treasures. It literally feels like Christmas. Give yourself 2-3 hours. Beware it is dusty, hot, and dirty. But!!!!! You will find brand names in all sizes. You literally pay by the pound and you save a ton of money. Go with an open mind and some garden gloves. Try not to get addicted B-) I am truly grateful for the shopper at Planet Aid (Route 40) for suggesting this place to Me!!

The place has great finds. You cant beat the price. But be aware of the Africans they basically run the place. One lady told me I couldnt go through a bag of clothes which was unclaimed because it was hers. Once she picked it, she just left it there on the floor. Smh.The employees are very nice. The only thing is that group. But dont let them intimate you, stilll find lots of great stuff. I would have gave it a 5 stars, but dealing with them is so tense and stressful.

Horrible!! A small group of shoppers run and then gather around a box so noone else can get in. They throw every bag and item onto the ground and claim it as theirs. They are horribly rude. I can not understand why management doesnt do something. They are always at the store making it impossible to do any shopping except for whats left over from their cherry picking.

Very Positive the ladies that work There are great they really care about the shopper and build a great rapport with the customer!!! Always helpful and Fun bin digging all the time never know what treasures you will find!!!! They might even hold things for you to buy. Have gotten many Great Deals There Love the Place!!!!

This store is unlike any Goodwill I have ever been to. It is crammed, gross, disorganized, and everything is packed into Giant boxes. If you want to dig through, you can, but its much less pleasant to physically dig down through these boxes than rooting through normal shelves at Goodwill. Will not be back.

I went today, so like everyone said the Africans are horrible but hey of its on da ground its free game! dont let them scare you away, I spent 3 hours & came out with lots lots of designer items even a fur!!

This was very different compared to other goodwills. It was a hands-on digging through giant containers-situation. If you dont mind digging through large bins, this location is the place to go.

CLOSED ON SUNDAYS organization is not as nice as other locations (non existent). Not nice enough spot. Just be aware that this location is closed on Sundays
