I bought a used Armada with a battery that was installed in 7/2015 by the previous owner with a 5 year warranty from Auto Zone. 11/2016 the Auto Zone battery is determined to be defective by the Auto Zone people. The manager REFUSED to allow any warranty benefit because I was not the purchaser. Regardless of their corporate rules, it is the wrong way to treat a customer who has spent thousands on old car restorations at this location. I buy used vehicles often and this is the first time I have dealt with a company that wont stand behind a warranty. Good riddance.
