Customer service has no communication skills with one another. My sister called for them to hold a couch for an hour and when we were promised they would within that hour another cashier sold it without even discussing it with her coworkers. If you cant hold something dont promise you can and expect your customers to be happy with you. Learn to speak to one another its called working as a team. You have to logically think that if someone doesnt have the sufficient funds to buy the item at the moment you need to be aware that they need to go and get it and if youre not going to do business properly with them youre wasting a customers time. Other than the one cashier the previous lady was very helpful and the store does sell great items. Definitely stop by but dont expect them to be cooperative with you.

Great store with a great selection and even better prices! Everything seemed to be under ~$6 and the staff was super nice and friendly. Everything was organized into sections and for the most part by color. It felt like a thrift store Charming Charlies. Its just a wonderful place to get some nice new outfits on a budget.

Lovely Staff, Clean Store, Low PRICES!! I like the that staff talks to you and that everything is neat on the shelves and racks. Easy to go in a find clothing items and/or books. Location is great, close to LSU campus!
