I special ordered a battery for my wifes phone, I paid through PayPal. However, after two-and-a-half weeks I sent several e-mails asking when should I expect it to arrive and there was no response. After waiting for a response via e-mail, I even called in three times asking about the issue, every time I was told the person that orders items wasnt in. So, I left my number and no call back. Yesterday, I asked for a refund through PayPal and it was granted by the shop owner. Thank you for the timely response on the refund... All in all, it took 3 weeks for this to be resolved, which could have been easily handled over one answered question over the phone or via e-mail. It is reasonable for any customer to have such questions answered. If it was ordered from China, then tell me it was ordered from China and tell me how long to expect the order to come in. As a corollary, when I first ordered the item, I stood in the store for 15 minutes listening to the shop owner explain to a customer on how to print using WIFI settings on their device. Now, if you can spend that type of time with a novice user--which is great--then why cant a little time be spent answering a simple question and set expectations with your customers? If they expect to only do business in electronics with what they have in stock, and not do special orders, then I would be surprised to see this company in business in the next five years...
