I have no idea who the Sprint representative with the accent is at this store. He is currently working at 6:30 PM on Saturday September 10. Absolutely the rudest customer service experience I have experienced. We had to explain our question at least ten times, the whole time this employee was rude, not helpful. When asked to speak to his manager (so that we can finally speak with somebody competent who can understand and answer our questions) he hung up the phone on us. We Called back. He Picked up and didnt even answer just immediately hung up the phone when he realized it was us. Unacceptable.
