Pros.-Servers were nice and the place was clean. The food was OK. Cons- When you are the only game in town you get to charge what you want. Prices are through the fricken roof for factory frozen reheat and eat precooked meals. The menue claimed the chicken fried steak was a hand breaded sirloin steak. I do not believe this to be true. It was exactly the same as other restraunt factory pressed "meat" breaded fried and frozen. I can not remember the last time I truely felt cheated out of my money. The food was not bad, just way overpriced. I cant remember the last time I paid $15 for a meal and walked away hungry. Totally pissed off cause I will have to stop the truck again at some point tonight and grab a sandwich later , this cost more money and more time and my time is money. I will simply pass this place up next time. Now I know why there were only 3 trucks on a lot this large.

I gave this station 2 stars, only because I cant rate the food.The staff at the register at the fueling end of this place needs a a Saturday review on customer service. I am not familiar with anything south of IC and missed my exit to go to West Liberty by a long shot. Ended up at this place. Stopped in to ask for directions to get back to West Liberty. They tried to send me clear up to I80 when W. Liberty is about 20 plus miles south and east of Iowa City. I told them that I took what I thought was a HWY 6 exit and they said I must be confused with W and North Liberty. They just smirked at me and gave me no more information or an opportunity to look at or sell me a map. Nothing........Very disappointed. Eric from Cedar Rapids

Really bad customer service. Food was awful. Ordered chicken fingers that were cold in the middle with a dinner salad. Lettuce was brown and starting to rot. Food is very expensive for what you get. $8.50 for chicken tenders (4) and a small iceberg salad with dressing and nothing else. No cheese, bacon bits, or croutons. Even Applebees $9 tenders come with more things. Waitress was obviously not enjoying having a job. She was more concerned in flirting with a local. Convenience store cashier was rude and acted like it was a bother to cash me out. Will never be coming back unless I run out of hours. This place is run like it is locals only, no outsiders I.e. truckers.

All good. I stopped by around 11 a.m. on Sunday and the place was virtually filled with locals. The service was good the prices I thought were reasonable and I saw almost no truckers seems to be mostly local families and many older folks. Apparently this is a place they like to go after church on Sunday I went into the rest room and it seemed ok to me I dont really know what people are complaining about. The place seems to be filled with locals who seem to like it here and seem to want to come back often.

Waited 50 minutes for food, while people who got there 20 minutes after us got the same thing we ordered before us. Most of the waitresses did not know what was going on or where to put the food. The food was mediocre and very plain. Im usually very nice and reserved when it comes to spotty service at restaurants, but it was just unbelievable how poorly this establishment is run. I do not recommend.

I personally was unimpressed with the food. ...my husband likes to eat the pork tenderloin, says its good. The pies are terrific though! I havent been here for a few months, but have stopped several times over the past year.....customer service was good sometimes and nonexistent sometimes. ....the restrooms stink everytime.

If you arent going to let me pay for gas inside then dont have a "pay inside" button on your pump. Its incredibly frustrating to sit there pressing a button that doesnt do anything. When I went inside to ask why none of the pumps would work, the attendant rolled her eyes at me. This place sucks.

Clearly these previous reviewers are employees or friends/family of employees. This an absolutely disasterous restaurant. Cheap factory food that are reheat kits. NO COOKED foods... (except grilled hamburger). Do not stop here unless you just dont care what you eat or feed your family.

Three of us had lunch and all of our food was way over cooked. And then while we were finishing up a waitress came in and stood there with a vacuum and kept acting like she was gonna turn it on. We said guess thats our que to leave we barely got stood up and she started.

The restaurant closes at 3 PM. The waitress told me that they tried staying open until 7, but they werent getting any business. I got in there at 2:40, and the waitress insisted that I sit down and not hurry. Food was excellent, and the service even better. Ill be back.

Omelet was actually an egg bake. The hashbrowns were like you get at McDonalds and grease soaked terribly. The French toast had the egg coating brushed on every so lightly that had no flavor. How do you screw up a breakfast?

Its ok for a place in the middle of no where. Food was ok but definitely not great. Waitress was nice. Restrooms stink almost like a hog pen. Think Ill make sure to have food with me next time I have to stop there.

Seems like the girls at the register could really care less! Not the least bit friendly. Will stop somewhere else the next time Im thru! Spend 600$ on fuel you could at least say thank you!!!

Great staff and menu. The only reason I only gave it 4 stars, was because they need more tables. On the plus side, the tables were not too close for comfort. Overall, a two thumbs up.

Food was good, but had to pay for full meal price even though we only ordered sandwiches. Bacon was a little too done, and tenderloin breading was scorched in spots.
