I bought my first ever fishing pole here last Saturday afternoon... After less than 2 hours and 20 casts it broke so I tried to return it. Keep in mind I paid cash and did not receive a receipt. Upon my arrival back to the store the clerks were outside and before I could even get the pole out of the car a mean old curly haired lady was telling me "no" "nope" "I dont do refunds". She proceeded to inform me that she was the owner even though I know that is not true and refused to stand behind her product. Worthless. I will never shot there again and urge others to drive anywhere else that may offer some form of customer service.

They want a min of $10 on debit card first and I was need only two bottle of 7up because I was thirsty and they wont let me to use public restroom without purchase first. Crazy!
