I call in my refills a day in advance. Often planning to pick it up hours after they say it will be ready and still wait. Drive thrus are supposed to be convenient and ya wait 15+ minutes per car. Ive been here almost 30 minutes and moved up one car. Last month a gave up and went in and waited 45 minutes. Update: waited in line for 45 minutes to be told my meds werent ready yet. Meds that should have been done the day before.... But I never bother coming the same day cause its never ready. They asked me to go to the back of the line and maybe it would be ready when I came back through. I left to run a few more errands. I am now back 2 hours later... only car in line and apparently my pickup is still not ready.

Karen the new pharmacist is nasty and her staff is vile I will not be coming back ever I miss when Zimmerman was the pharmacist and things got done no complications nothing now that he is gone it is a cluster mess (f**k) waiting three days being told I need a Prior Doctor Authorization for a medicine he has been on for 2 years then losing the RX to have the doctor call and they said it has been filled even though I asked for the paper script back to take it someplace else like I am going to trust anything she fills after having a fight with her NASTY stay away from this place, since Zimmerman left this place is a mess in need of leadership..

Consistently late with refills, even when done a day or two in advance. One day I showed to pick up one I had ordered the morning before, and it still wasnt done, because they were "running a little behind". The last two refills that I picked up - one was never billed to insurance, and they shorted me a weeks worth of pills, which I didnt realize until I ran out early at the end of the month. The other one, they tried to tell me I was trying to pick up two weeks early, when it was only two days - I had to call my insurance and they confirmed the pharmacys mistake. Very frustrating. That will be my last visit.

Many times, I was left to stand there while drive thru people were waited on even though I was there before them. I think its wrong to not sell people allergy medication unless you have prescriptions with them and I do. I think I will try walgreens.

The manager lady on day shift always very good to me and helpful. Now the pharmacy took a week for my medicine came in. And no need to drop off a prescription you will have to wait still.

I dig this RX. Everyone on staff has been kind to me, the only drawback is that things can get slow if theres any kind of line. Plus this RiteAid has a bit of everything too.

Picking up a prescription, terrible wait time.....4 pharmacy techs and only one person running the counter..been here 30mins waiting.....will be going elsewhere
