I have never in my life experienced worse customer service than I have at this store.The signs for BOGO were still hanging everywhere but when I went to check out they told me that sale had ended Sunday... it was Tuesday afternoon and the signs were still hanging. he was rude and snooty about answering me and it was a bad experience all around

I like the store cause its the only big book store around, but they are very unorganized nearly impossible to find a specific book because nothing is in order. You might as well just close your eyes, spin around, and try to smack the air to find the book you want.

Over priced books and games, and over worked,under paid employees. I wouldnt buy coffee here, much less a book.
