BEWARE. Crown Liquors has a high level of incompetence and on top of that it took this poster close to an act of congress to make contact with upper management. I finally got in touch with David Symmes .. the system they hav made it take almost 2 days just to get a return phone call, then after voicing what I went through at his Avon Crown Liquors location, he expressed half hearted interest and it wasnt until I called several times that he took me seriously. Maybe they get so many complaints it was old news .. I do know I was cursed at in front of customers and employees alike, refused management information and even yelled at for trying to see a name tag, which was covered and then removed so I could not see the name. UNREAL. Even after my efforts of making them aware I was never offered a discount, or reimbursement, compensation .. nothing. Later, looking for a particular wine I finally called the downtown store .. a guy there named Mike Pauley did help me but I had to drive to the north store (in Carmel..?) to get the bottles I wanted and they didnt even hav the stock they said. I WILL say that the 2 young men (Ian/Eric) at the Carmel store were definitely professional and didnt call vulgarities or curse at me when I asked their names. Such a simple thing .. lol. I will also say Mike Pauley knew his stuff and didnt hesitate to help me via the phone however we are talking a purchase at this point and not asking names of mgmt. I hav been on-the-aire as a local radio Personality at an Arbitron rated #1 station so I am leaving this review in my OH old name.. but it should not matter if Im the garbage man .. when you walk into a place what you should expect is at least direct answers to basic questions and workers who will do their job. In the age of iNet pricing I like to keep my money local when I can, but pricing is better mostly online, even with shipping. Shop around and it comes right to your door. At this juncture I cannot recommend Crown Liquors since they are lacking in many areas, and will only go there now as a last resort. ~mommy

Ordered a rare bottle from these people, they called me they got it a few weeks later, offered to pay over the phone and told me no worries it will be here waiting for you. I told them I would be over that weekend turns out they sold it that friday then they guy has the nerve to tell me that it has been there for weeks... I buy a lot if beer there when I come visit from Ohio since Ohio has a restriction on ABV in craft beer, guess I will be finding a new liquor store...
