Unless you are buying furniture for the sole purpose of filling your home with excess stuff avoid buying furniture from this store at all cost!!! I am a college student and bought a couch from the Big Lots in Aurora Indiana because I needed to furnish my place on a budget. My thinking was if this furniture last me for 2 or 3 years, I will be satisfied with my purchase. After saving for months, I had finally saved enough money to buy my first couch ever and I was so excited, when I got it home it was comfortable and looked quite well. About 3 months later I noticed the first tear, forming on the seam of the section I sat on most often. A few days later I noticed that the section my fiancé usually sat on had also begun to split at the seams (I would also like to add that she is a very petite young woman who weighs about 100lbs). Soon the whole Dang thing had begun to go to Hell, so I went down to the store to speak with a manager. I thought the defects would be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, after all it was only a few months old but I was in for a surprise. The manager wouldn’t do a thing for me and I even went back several more times to try to have something done to resolve the issue to no avail. If you read this, please learn from my mistake and do not get ripped off by this store save your money and buy from a reputable retailer who will stand by their products! If a Big lots representative reads this I would love it if you would do something to make this right. I am a very displeased customer who will be telling anyone who will listen about my awful experience!

What can I say its big Lots once you been to one youve been to them all. Its a place you have to go to every few weeks to see what they got new in.

Have not been to Big Lots in awhile. What an update greeted me. New shelving and very neat and orderly stocking gave it a new store look.
