Customer service is not very good. I went in to buy a cigar and the clerk was unhappy that I only bought one cigar. He did not offer to cut my cigar and he did not offer me matches; two practices that are pretty customary in cigar sales. Also, the clerk got very agitated with me when I was counting my change. All in all a bad experience.

Nice little shop with a variety of products including hookah, e-cig, roll-your own tobacco (including my favorite Peter Strokkebye), and a whole wall of cigars. Didnt really take notice if they were selling any glass. They had pretty reasonable hours (open until 8:30pm on Friday). Owner was a cool little Indian dude.
