I have been using this florist for a year and have placed several orders with them. The service has been outstanding, the delivery as promised and on time, and the arrangements themselves exquisite and oversized. I just placed an order this week and the extremely friendly young lady I spoke to over the phone was very accomodating. When she told me that they may not be able to make the arrangment I wanted due to a lack of stock, she followed that up with we will come VERY close to it. The actual arrangment was larger than expected and LOADED with flowers. Thank you AFS!! I will be a customer for a LONG time.

The expensive roses never even began to open. They just wilted and died. Called, and got no return call. They didnt even get the order correct to begin with. The vase was really really nice though. I did get some nice Gerber daisies at a different time. Im not sure I will buy from them again, though Id like to keep a neighborhood business going - I cant use one that gives me poor merchandise with no follow-up when I do have a problem.

I bought a nice arrangement of flowers and the employee was nice; selection was low. I was there for the wine bar incorporated into the flower shop. We cant find out when the wine bar has music or events because when we call no one knows, and their Web site isnt updated for months. They dont offer flights or samples so you should know what wine you want to order.

I love Avenue Flower shop! They have the greatest designers especially when walking in and needing something put together last minute on the run. The staff is friendly and makes wonderful arrangement. Try out the wine bar too!!!! Nice quiet and relaxing...enjoy a glass of wine while waiting for your flower arrangement.

Life Savers!!! Had another company cancel an order without notification so was forced to find a last minute saving grace. They got an order at 6:30pm and managed to deliver the same day. And now my Wife is no longing freaking out, and I appreciate that most of all. Next time we call them FIRST!!!

Great place to come and try a vast selections of white or red wines. Every weekend there is live music and you can arrange to have special flowers for that special person at this one stop shop. Wine, flowers, music. How romantic and fun!

Ordered an arrangement ($100 plus delivery &a tax) and it was very small for the price. Disappointed and embarrassed by the flowers. Will try elsewhere next time.

Love this place, you can pick out flowers and have a glass of wine while you wait! Not to mention the great music (they have jazz or blues bands on the weekends)
