This afternoon, my daughter and I had the pleasure of having Kandace check us out. In this particular season of my life, I am so beyond grateful for people who somehow--big or small make SOME part of my hectic days a little easier. Kandace was that person today. She handled our RIDICULOUSLY large amount of groceries and confusing WIC vouchers with such amazing patience and grace. Even interacted with my rambunctious 2 year old daughter and handed her, her little snacks she snuck into the cart. Anyone else would have been full of sighs and eye rolls at how disorganized and confused I was, but Kandance was not. She even helped me out a ton by writing out my remaining list FOR me and allowing me to run back to get those items I missed on the vouchers that I was not aware of (my first time using the WIC program). I can not thank you all enough. Thank you, Jewel and thank you, Kandace. We always use these reviews to rant about a bad experience, but not enough of our good ones. God bless you all.

The only reason I shop here is because they offer a few different organics than Walmart. Their organic produce is better although very limited and half the time is going bad. They carry organic cheese which Walmart does not. As well as a very few bottles of organic wine. As long as they keep up or improve their organics Ill keep shopping there.

I love this store. I have been going to this store for thirty years. They use to be across the street on Halsted. I have always received excellent service from the deli, butcher/meat, and all other depts. I try other stores but this one remains first for me.

This particular jewel osco is a great place to shop and most of the people are very friendly not all of them but its worth put up with and the cook food is awesome and the prices are way better than the competition i will continue to shop here.

I am sorry to say this however if I didnt it wouldnt make you guys better that was the worst store Ive ever visit Im in the grocery business so I know thats the worst store I ever seen

Friendly well stocked store Prices are great nice butchers. Custom cut any way you want meats unlike Walmart take it or leave it in plastic tube. Good place to shop and very clean

The floors were dirty and some of the shelves were practically empty. Fruit in stands had tiny flies and no prices. This is not usually the case.... I was very surprised.

The Deli is the slowest one Ive ever been too, everyone in the area talks about it, knows it and complains, but it never changes, its really quite unbelievable...

I went to get a bouquet for my wife, the young lady at the flower counter was so helpful in picking the flowers and she did an outstanding job of arranging them

Great produce, fresh fruits, organics and meat. Would rate higher if Deli wasnt so slow and bakery carried more variety. Plus, the got rid of self service.
