The team at AlphaGraphics have gone out of their way to make us feel like were more than just clients and, for that, were pleased that theyre a part of our schools community. They re-introduced themselves to us in 2015 under new management and have exceeded our expectations ever since. More importantly, every bit of work that AG does for us - from small posters to major brochure printings - has a salient impact on our students, families, volunteers, staff, and even our key collaborations with Juilliard and MIT. In particular, AG is lucky to count their lead project manager, Fergus, as part of their stellar crew. I cant say enough good things about this company! Our Marketing Team at the University of Chicago Medicine does many events throughout the year and we have multiple last minute requests that come from those we service- each time we have a request that comes through Fergus and his team make sure it gets done for us- even in the tightest of turnaround times. This year on Thanksgiving, we had a delayed request that came in due to some unforeseen circumstances and Fergus met me at the office on Thanksgiving Day- to ensure I got the items needed to a large community event that weekend. Each and every time they ensure the order is accurate and usually ahead of schedule- whenever possible. Outside of being extremely affordable -- it is their level of customer service that makes them a favorite in our office. Thank you AlphaGraphics!

Im a manager at a nearby business and for the last 18 months have regularly used AlphaGraphics in River North. The staff at this store is second to none in regards to meeting requests (even the crazy ones!) quickly and efficiently. Ashley, Matt, Rob, Ken, and the entire staff are all top notch in dealing with all of their customers and even stop in regularly to check how we are doing. The quality of the printing is five star and we have never had any issues. Any slight printing mistakes are taken care of immediately and usually resolved by the end of the same work day. Our business has also used their design team which does an amazing job of making us look good to say the least. For any printing, design, or marketing needs in the River North area, Alphagraphics should be your first choice. You wont be disappointed!

I engaged AlphaGraphics for printing signage to be installed at my office on a cinder-block wall. The final product looked great and was of high quality, but the service component truly made working with AlphaGraphics a pleasant experience. Fergus Calderwood was super helpful throughout the process, and it was beneficial to have a chance to examine the proofs before ever committing to a purchase. Fergus also provided several options for the materials so that I could make an informed decision, and he was also able to work with me on last-minute size alterations. AlphaGraphics also delivered the final products to my business location (which was somewhat out of the way) and the packaging was solid to ensure that my signs arrived in perfect condition.

I researched and received quotes from more than half of Chicagolands printing companies. Not only does AlphaGraphics have some of the best pricing available, but they also have first class customer service and timely delivery of orders. The designers are patient and knowledgeable. Each employee shows an apparent pride/skill in their work and does everything possible to ensure that you receive the highest quality output on your orders. I just recently started my business and there is no doubt in my mind that I will return to them for all of my printing/graphic-design needs.

A wonderful experience at AlphaGraphics! Great customer service. They were very helpful in answering all my questions and guiding me through the process. I had to have signs printed in such short notice and they were kind enough to do so. I was able to pick up my completed invites less than 48 hours after ordering them. Very happy with the way they turned out as well as the great customer service given by Clayton Hines. I would recommend this company to any brides-to-be or others needing reasonably priced printed materials.

Im starting a business and needed a logo. I am the least creative person ever so I decided to go with AlphaGraphics. I was paired with Brian and he was amazing from the start. Very informative and helpful. I received my final logo design within 1-2 weeks with about 3 rounds of revisions. Super happy with the end result. Im definately going back for other work that i need for my business. (Large format Prints, stickers, etc)

I have ordered a lot of various sizes and types of prints recently and I was actually very surprised how fast their turn around was. I dont if thats standard but I can usually get my stuff within a week. All the work looks great and has been packaged really easy for me to just pick it up and go.

My experience was very satisfactory. I ordered a poster to be printed at the last minute. The poster was available immediately the following morning. The quality was excellent and price was very competitive (cheaper than brand-name alternatives). The people I worked with were pleasant and professional.
