Just stopped in for a pack of cigarettes. Ive been going to this store almost every week for the past two years. The employees know who I am and what Im buying. Today there was a new employee and he denied my fiancé cigarettes for not having his state ID. I went in and showed him my ID and he said that because I was with my fiancé, he couldnt sell me cigarettes. My fiancé and I left to go home to grab his ID and we went back. The manager came up front and denied us again because apparently they dont accept military IDs or foid cards. I then show her my ID and she denied me because she thought I was buying them for my fiancé. She was very rude. Its very wrong that they dont accept military IDs. The attitude she gave us was horrible. I called corporate and the regional office and filed a complaint.

Employees are very rude. Managers are just as bad. They ignore customers and act as if youre inconveniencing them by expecting them to do their job and get off their phones.
