My overall experience was less than poor. I will not be going to Big Lots again, I will gladly drive out of my way to go to another store, than to shop there again. The cashier was VERY rude, and their products are not well organized in the store, and it is hard to find what I am looking for. The first and only other time I have been to that store, the cashier over charged us also. It is obvious that the workers there could care less about their jobs or customer service.

Product was perfect exactly what I had been looking for and price was best in area. Very pleased with management and other personnel. All have treated me with much professional courtesy. All staff take time to be interested in my questions and my business. Have been shopping Big Lots for years and expect to continue. My product was furniture. Living room chair.

Horrible customer service. They have nice workers but the manager was rude. I wanted to buy a sofa but had no clue about any of their furniture. They seem to be under staffed. I cant see myself going in there again.

I miss our Big Lots. I dont like when they closed Granite City Big Lots. Its either here or Fairview.

Its messy and smells funny. Overpriced cheap furniture. Products that are stocked are not well kept.

Plenty of cheap items and clearance. Its kinda like a dollar store version of Kmart.
