Let me start with the positive. The store is clean. Moving on..I have been to this store perhaps 5-6 times and I am done with it. There is a serious lack of professionalism with the employees. I have witnessed an employee walking around with a blue tooth in her ear while talking on the phone. I have asked various employees where items were and they were clueless. I have seen employees grouped together laughing and talking about what they did on their free time while customers waited in line to be helped. I have had two unfavorable experiences with the online pick up process at this store. The first time I went to pick up a small book shelf. The store employee went to grab my item and dropped it twice. She acted as if she didnt want to break a nail and she said it was too heavy. Another employee picked it up off the floor and put it in my cart. The second experience was I placed an order for an item that was delivered to this store and a specific employee signed for the item per my delivery tracking slip. Yet, no one (not even management) could find my order. This store operates no differently than the WFlo store. I will just continue to take my business to the Manchester location.

On February 24 about 9pm I purchased several things from this store. I spend over $90 and the cashier didnt give me all of my bags. When I was slowly walking to exit the store the cashier made not attempt to notify me I was missing a bag. When I got home I called to the store. After sitting on hold for over three minutes I hung up. My second call I was in hold for over five minutes. Once I talked to someone at the customer service desk they were not helpful at all. Their response was that I would have to return to the store and review the video tape to see if I wasnt handed all of my bags. I asked the Walmart representative if they would check with the cashier to see if they had my bag. That representative said they couldnt do that and I would have to return to the store to get my missing bag. I am very dissatisfied with Walmart and their personnel. Its shameful a company this large has terrible staff working at their company places and continues to have issues like this. I will no longer be shopping at Walmart anytime in the future.

Do not buy online and have items shipped to this store! The CS manager, Jajuan, is worthless. With ten people in line and only one service person at the register, he walks around looking busy. When I called the stores main number to suggest that the lone worker was overwhelmed by the workload, they called Jajuan who was standing there not helping anyone and he lied to the person on the phone by saying only four people were in line...everyone erupted....many left.,..until there were four. Of the two items I ordered only one could be found after twenty minutes. I asked for a refund and was taking a picture of Jajuan so I could give him the review he deserved. He tried to get security so the photo could get deleted, then shut the drawer and walked away without giving me my refund. We had to get another manager to open the drawer...only then did a second person come to work the counter and assist people that had been waiting the whole time. I commend the lady that was helping me. She kept her composer and professionalism throughout.

Since theyve opened, every trip to this Wal-Mart has resulted in a trip to another store after. They are not properly stocked so dont waste your time if you actually need an item-get it elsewhere. The last three trips to this location have left me so offended and upset by the way I was treated by employees over being in a wheelchair that I simply have chosen not to shop here again. When an item rang up incorrect (two items from electronics for a total cost difference of less than four dollars) I was told to go back and get cashed out in electronics as they wouldnt adjust the mistake. Rather than getting on a radio or simply making an adjustment right to keep a customer-they told me to go back and deal with it. I instead went to Kmart across the street. The employees here are either amazing or awful-there seems to be no in between and the store manager does not much care about customer satisfaction. The store is understocked and just uncomfortable to be in anymore, at least as a disabled customer.

I shop here almost on a daily basis. I never go to a check out lane to be assisted I o to the self check out lanes because people here are just rude and unhelpful, with the exception of a few people. I have to say that my last straw with this company is when I decided to buy a phone plan from here. No one advised me about it, no one was in the area and when they did come, they were much more fixated on who would check me out rather than actually assisting me. I have a few names memorized not including the gentleman who actually wanted to help me, so he is one of the few helpful associates. They proceeded to tell me, after consulting one another with uncertainty, that they could not help me. It was ridiculous. I cant even call them because their line is always busy, but when Im in the store, its like theyre spending their time socializing or fighting for the opportunity to go to lunch despite the need for assistance.

Staff is extremely unprofessional. I called to ask if a certain item was in stock in the electronics department. They didnt answer at first, so I called again. A staff member answered and told me they would go look for the item. I was on hold for 30 minutes until I decided to hang up and call again. This time it took 3 tries for me to get any answer on the phone. Customer service answered and told me they would transfer me. I was transferred and put on hold for 30 more minutes until a staff member picked up the phone, started dialing another number, then hung up on me. I called again (this time it took 4 tries) and someone picked up and hung up on me immediately. I FINALLY got to talk to someone only to find out that the item I was looking for was not in stock (mind you, this was after about an hour and a half of constant waiting and frustration). Very unprofessional.

I was excited when this store opened & visited over 7 times, but now I do most of my shopping elsewhere(unless Im visiting the Credit Union inside). This store hasnt reached West Florissants level yet,but they are fast approaching. Its a social hour amongst majority of the staff & they are not where they should be(on registers to expedite the shopping experience). The employees are dressed inappropriately, loud, condescending, hold too many personal conversations while bad mouthing customers & other staff, & take no ownership to help. MANAGEMENT needs to step up & hire professional people that want to work & provide quality service, even at Wal-mart. However, the store is clean & organized but often I find products not replenished/out of stock.

The worst Wal Mart I have been too. Took my child to the restroom and it was full of packages torn open due to theft and on top of it the restroom was so dirty I turned around and walked out and left the store there was no soap no paper towels and the toilets were covered in feces it was very very disgusting on my way out the door I told a gentleman he nodded his head and walked away so obviously it was nothing new or shocking to him so needless to say I will never go there again and I was going to buy tires from Walmart but after reading the reviews and the way that Walmart talks to the people I find that very disrespectful as well for them to be a billion dollar company you would think they could and would hire better customer service
