My mom has been without heat for over 3 weeks. They kept telling her to buy different parts and its still not fixed. She still has no heat and they told her to call an electrition!! Really thats what u people do!! They made her pay her bill in full and left her still with no heat!!! Terrible service!

$400 into the hole over a period of 3 months, they say its fixed, but I dont have any working AC still. Not Happy.
