Great retro selection as a whole at this store! Didnt appreciate being made to feel like a horrible person and made completely uncomfortable after declining to "round up" this time. I was in a pinch on this particular trip and the gentleman that helped my daughter and I was not professional at all, let alone friendly. It was July 23rd around 5:30ish. We both bought something and with each of us this gentleman was very curt after we declined "rounding up" he put our change on the counter in front of us without any indication of ending the transaction aside from that being the announcement that he was done helping us. Very odd, and uncomfortable. I give all the time, and just couldnt this time, and didnt appreciate being treated that way.

As far as thrift stores go, IYR is my favorite. Their prices are good, and they seem to have great selections. This downtown branch seems to be one of the better ones in the Boise are as far as selection goes. They have a good variety of furniture, usually an average amount of bikes, a ton of clothing and quite a few odds and ends to browse through.

Great thrift shop with some great finds. I found a like-new pair of shoes here. The customer service is nice and helpful. This location seems to be a little more expensive than the other youth ranch stores because of its downtown location.

Horrible smoke smell on most clothes and just generally in the store, one of the dirtier thrift shops in Boise. Does have a retro room with fun throwback wedding dresses, fur coats, and shoes though!
