If you are switching over to AT&T great! Just dont go to this store to do it because they will have you regretting that decision until you receive the actual customer service that AT&T provides. We have NEVER had a bad experience witj AT&T! Until now.... This might be a little long I apologize. I called and spoke to a representative around 5:30. I checked to see if they had 2 of the note 8s in stock. He informed me that he only had 1 but the other would be shipped and at the store the next day. He asks me if I want to trade my current phone in for $300 credit I told him no. He says no problem he will hold the phone until my fiance got to the store (30 minutes later). So when my fiance gets to the store to get his phone (I was at work so I decided to wait on mine until the next day) he tells them he would like to go ahead and add the new phones on our plan and pay for the taxes and everything on both of the phones but he wanted to wait until the next day to activate his. They say no problem! They ask if he wants to trade in his phone he says no. So far so good right? Until now..... I was on the phone with my fiance listening to them (Im saying "them" because now the other rep has chimed in telling him his old phone, note 5, was only worth about $50) continuously hassle him about trading in his phone. Telling him we need cases and screen protectors (we ordered them and had already received them through Amazon) they told us to send them back and use the $300 store credit from trading in his phone, he declines again. We were told we could use the $300 toward the taxes and any store merchandise he continues to say no. They continued to hassle him until he finally agreed to it they told him they would put the money toward one of the new phones. After that they sell him a s2 for 99 cents and just $10 a month after that. Apparently by the time I get to the store an hour and a half later, we still have no new phone and his old phone had been deactivated since he wanted to wait to activate until the next day. My fiance asks me if there is any merchandise in the store that i want so i politely look around then tell them there is nothing that we need in merchandise, by this time Im then informed that there is not a note 8 in stock!!!!! "the computer said they had 1 in stock but they went to look for it and didnt have it." We were told they would be at the store at 10:30 a.m. the next morning. Cool at this point were both just ready to pay whatever we had to and leave. There were complications trying to apply the credit to the new phone so now Im watching these 2 representatives argue with each other (apparently they had been arguing before I got there too because my fiance told me he thought there was going to be a knock down drag out between them) about how to make the credit apply to the phone. By the time we got out of the store it was 9 oclock I had already offered to just quit everything we had done and come back another day "no no everything is fine this shouldnt take much longer" he says. So finally, After paying $135 we walk out empty handed. Fast forward to the next day (at 1:30 in the afternoon after my fiance not having a phone since the rep deactivated the old one the night before and didnt have his new "in stock note 8") he had to go back twice because the phones werent there yet "he got stuck in traffic". We now have our phones and theyre great but as long as those 2 reps are working in there we will go out of our way not to. Im still pissed at the fact that he made so much money off of us from commission, because he absolutely did not deserve it! Oh and the watch isnt $10 a month its $20.

I went into the store to get my free SIM card to activate my iPad. The manager TRAVIS SHELL told me it was simple to activate, just call at&t and its simple and quick. I called when I got home and talked to att for an hour and they could not activate my iPad. They transferred me over to Apple support for another hour and still not activated. Apple said I needed to take my iPad into the store that there was a problem. I call the manager, TRAVIS SHELL, he asked me a couple questions and ask me to come back to the store and he would have me set up by the time I get there. I walked in and he had my iPad working. It took him FIVE minutes to do what att and apple could not do in TWO HOURS. Thank you TRAVIS SHELL for helping me being so kind to help. If you need help this man knows what he is doing!!!

went into the Villa Rica location and purchased a i phone 7 on December 26, and here it is 1/3/17 and still no phone.... when you call the location they never answer the phone so when you go up there you have to wait until they are thru with the customer they are with. and we cant get a answer of why the I phone hasnt arrived yet. so i went on line finally and check the status and its says it has been picked up at the store you chose, WTF, it woud have been nice if they would have told us they gave our phone to someone else. not a pleasant experience in the ATT Villa Rica location....... - star rating not a one star !!!!!!
